ASX:Off-market takeover offer by GGG Resources plc for Auzex Resources Limited (“Auzex”)

GGG Resources plc (GGB:ASX) is pleased to announce that further to the announcement of 25 July of the extension of the above offer until 5 September 2011, GGG has agreed to let the Bid lapse.
