CSA Global Independent Geological Report
CSA Global Pty Ltd (“CSA”) has been commissioned by GGG Resources plc (“GGG”) to provide an Independent Geologist’s Report on mineral exploration properties 50% owned by GGG located in Western Australia. GGG has formed an unincorporated joint venture, the Bullabulling Joint Venture (“BBJV”), with Auzex Resources Limited (“Auzex”), the owner of the other 50% of the Bullabulling Gold Project (“BBGP”).
This Report will be included in a Prospectus to be lodged with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (“ASIC”) on, or about 10th December 2010, for an initial public offering (“IPO”) of 15 million shares at an issue price of $0.40 per share to raise a total of $6,000,000 with the ability to accept oversubscriptions of up to a further $3,000,000 (“Prospectus”). The funds raised will be used for exploration and evaluation of the mineral properties.
